In addition, there is sufficient access and transportation linkages to connect the site to a supportive commercial center and amenities which include places of employment, office districts, retail/ shopping centers, medical facilities, schools, recreational amenities and restaurant. The site is not a flood hazard, neither are there any negative connotations that affect the property’s appeal. In general, the site characteristics are conducive for the type of facility development and improvements based on highest and best use.
