With an MBA from Howard University, Mr. Hill successfully completed the Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers course and now carries the designation FICB. He is also an Accredited Director.
He has acquired a wealth of experience in Information Systems, Business Development, and Client Relationships at organizations such as Price Waterhouse Coopers, Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA), Swiss American Bank, Global Bank of Commerce, and Caribbean Union Bank.
Over the years, he has developed considerable expertise in Strategic Management and corporate structure including the pursuit of formal training in various aspects of banking and finance; consequently, he has developed a significant arsenal of knowledge and skills that are directly applicable to his role as co-founder, Managing Director and Principal of The August Group Ltd.
Elijah M. James

Elijah (Enoch) M. James, B.A., M.A., Ph.D., D.Aed., C.C., C.P.C. is one of our veteran consultants. He was born and raised in Antigua where he received his primary and secondary education. Dr. James is a distinguished professor of economics, business and research methods, and a prominent management, business, and economic consultant. He has obtained the highest recognition and accreditation obtainable in the consulting field, and has been appointed as a senior consultant to the prestigious Concordia University Consulting Group.
He has served as Team Leader for many consulting engagements. A prolific writer, Dr. James has to his credit the publication of several books and articles in the field of economics and business management, and consulting. Among his publications are:

Cameron A. McCaw
CPA CA, CFE
Cam is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant) (Canada) and a Certified Fraud Examiner for 37 years and 25 years respectively. Prior to going into public accounting in 1979, he was with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) for approximately eight (8) years in branch operations and supervision and regional credit adjudication. Cam was a Partner for 11 plus years in the Financial Advisory Services Group with an international accounting/consultancy firm where he practiced for approximately 23 years.
In the Caribbean, his consulting work has been primarily related to using his extensive experience in assisting distressed airlines and undertaking a comprehensive loan portfolio review at a distressed financial institution. Worked with a major utility to enhance its internal control environment. Valuation of a financial institution in Montserrat Detailed forensic accounting investigation of a significant Statutory Corporation. Forensic investigation of the conduct of a Governmental Board in Antigua. Providing a comprehensive training program in Trinidad to law enforcement and internal auditors. Ian Wooden

Ian is one of a kind a true entrepreneur with a passion for business and finance, Ian established IJW & Co. Ltd. in 2004 as a management consultancy and corporate finance boutique. Since its founding, he has advised more than 100 corporations and has been recognized in Canada as one of the most promising M&A professionals in the small to midcap segments.
Ian Wooden holds an undergraduate degree, majoring in finance, from the John Molson School of Business, graduating with distinction. He also currently holds the prestigious designation of a Chartered Business Valuator. Since 2006, Ian has been heavily involved in business valuation services and has performed countless valuations of private companies, specializing within the technology sector. Within this segment, Ian has been frequently called upon by leading Canadian technology companies and VCs alike to advise on valuation issues. He has had numerous transactions, which have effectively matched his valuations performed in a notional market context.
